In a ground-breaking move that marks a significant milestone in the history of Indian sports, the Uttarakhand Archery Association is organizing the country’s first-ever indoor archery league- Liberty Uttarakhand Archery League.
According to Mr. Ashish Tomar Secretary General UAA, “The decision to host the league match reflects the growing prominence of regional sports associations in promoting and expanding the reach of sports across India. The Uttarakhand Archery Association’s initiative aims to foster a spirit of healthy competition and provide a platform for emerging talents to showcase their skills on a national stage.”
Uttarakhand Archery Association is set to create history on 3/1/2024 as they take the lead in introducing the first-ever Archery League in India, paving the way for a new era in this ancient sport.
The skill and precision of top-tier archers who will showcase their talent in an intense battle for the title will be available for streaming on UAL’s streaming partner Mx Player from February 2024.
The launching of Franchise based State League involving players auction, National/ International participation etc. in indoor format, is a positive and unique step to add a new dimension to this game and popularize it not only in Uttarakhand but Nationally. LIBERTY UTTARAKHAND ARCHERY LEAGUE 03/01/2024 to 04/01/2024 at the Multipurpose Indoor Stadium, Pared Ground Dehradun Uttarakhand.
Uttarakhand Archery Association, is excited to host India’s first ever Indoor Archery League.
